The New Galleria Has Opened
In the Congress Building, we have created a new and unique meeting space, strategically located next to the center court. With a capacity of up to 600 people, cutting-edge technology, and great flexibility, the venue can be fully tailored to your company’s needs and tone of voice. The perfect place for conferences, parties, and events.

#1: The New Galleria – A newly inaugurated event hall for up to 600 people, integrated with the center court and equipped with a premium atmosphere and the latest technology. Ideal for congresses, trade fairs, shows, and parties.
#2: The Congress Hall – A banquet and event venue for 270 guests, offering sweeping sea views.
#3: 1,000 Beds in Båstad – Together with our sister hotel, Hotel Riviera Strand, we can provide accommodation for up to 1,000 participants. Additionally, there are 108 more comfortable beds available at Torekov Hotel.

Make Your Kickoff One to Remember
Our beloved neighbors, the nightclub Pepe’s Bodega and the restaurant Papas, offer fantastic venues for those looking to gather and celebrate. In winter 2024, the entire building was fully renovated and redesigned – including the Papas restaurant, the LOFT nightclub, and the legendary Kristallbaren. Host a Suntrip-style charter party, throw a Sunset BBQ on Loft’s veranda, or rent the entire nightclub and make your kickoff one for the books.

Travel abroad – to Pepe’s Bodega! Tapas, pizza slices, sangria, and lively Spanish music. Add: Suntrip outfits – T-shirts, hats, beach bags, sandals. The Suntrip band greets guests at the door and plays all your favorite singalong holiday hits.

Party at Pepe’s Bodega
In Båstad, it can feel like summer 365 days a year. Enjoy a one-of-a-kind day or night with a signature Party at Pepe’s Bodega! Add: Food/buffet. Theme ideas: Mediterranean, BBQ, whole roasted pig, paella, Swedish summer, Christmas buffet. DJs, dancers, musicians, jesters, live bands – you name it.

Congresse building
Next to the center court is the Congress Building. Here, you’ll find a gallery on the ground floor where up to 500 people can gather for events, conferences, and exhibitions. There are also a couple of smaller meeting rooms, 37 beautiful hotel rooms, and at the very top, a banquet hall for 270 people, offering a generous view of the sea. As if that weren’t enough, there’s also a private terrace overlooking the center court on the roof.
Tennis pavilion
Like a small private hotel of its own, the Tennis Pavilion stands just across the street. It’s the perfect option for larger groups who want to stay and meet comfortably in their own building. The Tennis Pavilion includes 54 hotel rooms and two meeting rooms with a total capacity of 90 people. The lounge, complete with a fireplace, invites spontaneous, informal meetings – perhaps the best kind of all.
