Large meetings

Are your gatherings filled with people? We have the space and opportunities for you. With several very large areas and unique environments, we can arrange fairs, events and conferences that make a big impression. Below are some different suggestions. Feel free to contact us for more ideas.

#1: The Gallery – event hall for up to 500 people, integrated with the center court. This venue is suitable for car and product launches, congresses, trade fairs, shows and parties.

#2: The Congress Hall – Banquet hall for 270 people with a view of the sea, the tennis courts, and Båstad.

#3: 1000 beds in Båstad – Together with our sister hotel Hotel Riviera Strand, we can offer beds for up to 1000 tired participants. In addition, there are another 108 comfortable beds at Torekov Hotel. Perhaps you can invest in a hub meeting, with participants spread across all three hotels.

We take care of you

We take the current pandemic very seriously and work with a warm heart and a cool head according to the reccomendations of the Swedish Public Health Agency, and we follow the guidelines of the Visita industry association for sales conferences. At the conference you will get:

Meeting Rooms


Thirty steps from the main building, on the other side of the central court, is the Congress building. The building can hold 500 people for events, conferences and fairs, has a few smaller conference rooms, 37 nice hotel rooms and – at the very top – a generous party hall for 270 people that features unobstructed views of the sea. In addition to that, you also have your own balcony facing the center court on the roof.


The Tennis Pavilion is its own mini-hotel across the street. Perfect for larger groups who want to live and conference comfortably in their own building. The lounge with open fireplaces opens up for informal meetings when the occasion requires such a space.
