Age limit & children’s hours in the lower spa:
Guests aged 13 and over are welcome in the company of an adult, except 07:00–11:00 and 19:00–21:00, when resident children under 13 are welcome if accompanied by an adult.

ROOFTOP

Normal Opening Hours:

External guests Monday–Sunday 09.00–19.00, subject to availability

Age limit Rooftop:
16 years when accompanied by an adult.

COLD BATH HOUSE

Normal opening hours:
Monday–Sunday 07.00–19.00 (hotel guests)
External guests Monday–Friday 07.00–16.00 and Saturday–Sunday 10.00–16.00, subject to availability

Age limit & children’s hours at the Cold Bath House:
13 years in the company of an adult, except Wednesdays when children under 13 are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
Please note! On Wednesday, December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), the age limit at the Cold Bath House is 13 years.

GYM

Monday–Sunday 06.00–24.00 (hotel guests)
Members with gym cards: Monday–Thursday 06.00–24.00, Friday–Sunday 06.00–15.00

Guests with gym cards may change in the spa Monday–Thursday 09.00–19.00 and Friday–Sunday 09.00–15.00. Please note that there are no changing or shower facilities in the gym itself.
