Stephanie’s first yoga and meditation class was in her hometown of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, USA, when she was 12 years old. She has been teaching internationally for over ten years. She enjoys exploring the intersection between holistic traditions like yoga, meditation, and breathwork with modern living. Stephanie believes that yoga is a deeply personal practice that is a pathway to inner connection, community, and creativity. She is passionate about sharing all aspects of yoga with her students as they gain a holistic understanding and feel more knowledgeable and connected to themselves, their yoga practice, and the world around them. Cura is a certified yoga teacher and massage therapist from Brazil. She has over ten years of experience and training abroad in Central America, Brazil, UK, Europe, and India. While traveling for three years in India, she completed her 200-hour training in Rishikesh and a 200-hour Elemental Yoga Therapy Teacher Training in Goa.The core foundation of her self practice and teachings are inspired by the Chinese 5 elements system, Ayurveda and mindfulness. She sees each individual as unique. She encourages students to find their inner rhythm, reconnect with the cycles of nature. Cura moved to Sweden in June 2016 and lives in Båstad with her daughter.
