Fantastic place

It is a really nice hotel located directly to the sea. It has a nice rooftop spa, a guest house where you can take a cold dip in mornin or just relax by the fire place. The rooms are nice and clean. Some with view to the sea. It is a perfect spot if you want spring a weekend with friends and explore the coast line

Excellent relaxing stay

The hotel is located in very lovely surroundings. The Spa offers a very calm and enjoyable experience. We got to enjoy a wonderful dinner and breakfast buffet. It was all in all a relaxing weekend with a quiet, comfortable and spacious bedroom.

Great getaway with wonderful spa area

Wonderful service, location and luxurious spa, especially the sauna on the sea. Room was very comfortable, and nice to have a soft high quality pillow rather than the oversized hotel pillows. Food outstanding and personnel was professional as well as friendly.

Great value for money

Hotel Skansen at Bastad offers great value for money and a relaxing spa experience. Absolutely loved it, particularly the saunas and restaurant sand. The location of the hotel was wonderful and scenic, adjacent to the sea.

Everything that we …

…expected, were full filled. Went here for a “coast to coast”stay. It basically means that you stay at two Hotels in two days and walk between them. 24 kilometres, from Hotel Skansen to Torekov Hotell. The room, the service, the Spa, the Restaurant, everything is just to come back for. The service from Alex at the dinner, were outstanding. The girl at the rooftop bar, provided great sincere positive service. Tip: After 15:00 the rooftop pool gets pretty packed. We arrived at 14:00, and practically got for ourselves.

It’s a wrap! Nordea Open 2023 is now finished and we want to thank all guests, players and partners for two weeks of pure joy, world-class tennis, great party and memories of a lifetime. An enjoyable element of the summer in Båstad, which has only just begun!
