You will enjoy a modern, luxurious, and surprising tasting menu with seasonal ingredients from the meadows, fields, and waters of the Bjäre Peninsula. About Chef's Area

Chef’s Area is offered at Hotel Skansen’s restaurant Sand, Wednesday to Friday at 19:00. The dinner lasts approximately 3 hours.

At a large communal table, in the heart of Sand next to the open kitchen, our chefs invite you to a seasonal menu in eight servings. Accompany the menu with one of the sommelier’s selected beverage packages (not included in the package). A taste journey with surprising elements, a relaxed atmosphere, and dedicated service, with star chef Matilda Ewaldh as your guide.
