On February 14, 2024, a completely new dinner concept premieres in the heart of Sand. Here, our chefs invite you on a local taste journey with the Bjäre Peninsula as a starting point. At a large communal table next to the open kitchen, you can enjoy a seasonal menu in eight servings. Accompany the menu with the sommelier’s selected beverage package, with or without alcohol. A dining experience with surprising elements, a relaxed atmosphere, and dedicated service.
Head Chef, Chef’s Area
Your guide on this taste journey is Matilda Ewald, hailing from a dairy farm in Laholm. After a remarkable professional career as a chef and kitchen master in restaurants in Sälen, Smögen, and Gothenburg, Matilda has now chosen to return to her roots.
Matilda most recently served as the sous-chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant SK Mat & Människor, has been a member of the Swedish Culinary National Team, and was named ”Young Chef of the Year in Halland.”
